HISTORY
Trumbley & Hampton Inc. was established through a joint venture of the Principals Bob
Trumbley and Greg Hampton in 1982 with Frank Keelan joining as a third Principal in 1989.

The joining of the partners brought together a wealth of construction knowledge and
technical expertise encompassing all ranges and complexities of construction from residential
high-rise and light industrial to large retail malls and heavy industry. The company has
grown to 50 employees representing all professions and disciplines of construction.

In February 1992, Trumbley & Hampton (USA) Inc. was incorporated to expand the scope of
operations into New York State and allow the firm an international base of operation in the
North American and Canadian market place. The company provides a wide range of
construction and consulting services.

Over the years of operation, many of its clients have become repeat clients, and through
quality service, a strong working relationship has developed with them.

Trumbley & Hampton Inc. offers technical strength and ability, plus detailed personal
service. With an open door policy, the Principals of the firm are involved in every facet of a
project and are always available to clients throughout the entire project.

OBJECTIVE
The principle objective of Trumbley & Hampton Inc. is to serve the needs of its clients by
providing services in General Contracting, Design/Build Construction, Project/Construction
Management, and Construction Consulting.

Trumbley & Hampton Inc.:
* Maintains quality relationships with clients, staff, contractors and the community at large.
* Provides expertise for all facets of the development and construction process from initial
concepts through to final completion and commissioning of a project.
* Tailors services to meet the specific needs of each client's development and construction
program, and safeguards the client's interest throughout the building process.
* Has experience in international tendering, compiling and analyzing construction costs,
off-shore procurement and logistics, and pre-qualifying international contractors.

CORPORATE STRUCTURE
Trumbley & Hampton Inc. is a wholly Canadian owned company registered in Ontario, Alberta
and British Columbia. The President is Robert Trumbley, the Vice President of Construction
Operations is Greg Hampton, the Vice President of Estimating is Frank Keelan and the Vice
President of Sales and Marketing is Ron Witton.
